Tahini days

Spaghetti with: Grilled eggplant (in a jar from the Turkish supermarket), tahini, pickled pepperonis, lemon juice, garlic, S&P + Grana Padano.

Mie Noodles with fried vegetables (pointy cabbage, red bellpepper, garlic, red onion & leek)

Sauce: Tahini, light soy, garlic, black vinegar, water & homemade crispy chili oil (very much like this recipe but with less five spice and tons more sichuan pepper).

Topped with a fried egg and some sesame seeds. + the chili oil of course.

Vegetarian food at its best (remove Grana Padano / Egg for vegan). Enjoy!
