Mapo tofu & Peking duck

This is a week ago in one of my favourite Swedish kitchens.

I had asked Maria a while ago if she could make Mapo Tofu for us. We are all huge fans of sichuan pepper.

Look at this beautiful dish. We ate it as it is without rice this time.

And Peking duck Spring rolls. Nestor had dog food. Every night he gets a piece of crisp bread and sleeps within just a few seconds. Will see these lovely people again in about 4 months. Got one more meal to share – our lunch before heading back home to Berlin. Can’t believe it’s been almost a week since we got home, where did the time go? What did I do this week? I blogged a lot, it’s so much fun to share parts of my life here. 24 blog posts in Feburary, haven’t been posting this much since March 2012. I also helped Johan a little preparing for the Spring opening of Gimme Gelato tomorrow at 2pm. Looking forward to eating some gelato, yay!
