Morning with Nestor

February 27, 2019

Last Friday, we woke up to sun and I found my father-in-law working in the kitchen. This kitchen is one of my favourite places on this planet. You can see why, right?

Nestor was awake, doing his morning cuddle routine with his mum. He had an appointment at the hairdresser that day. Very important to keep his hair on the head, it’s his “thing”.

Sandra, can I kiss you? Yes.

Have no breakfast pictures to share, since Johan and I decided to stop eating breakfast completely some months ago. Only black coffee, our bodies and minds are changed in a positive way only. This blog suffers from beautiful breakfast pictures, though.

If I promise to behave, can I join you in the kitchen?

He’s so quick! Behaving? Sure…

Beauty everywhere in this house.

Lots of nice cookbooks.

Nestor’s return, looking very muscular. Can you imagine how soft he was after the haircut? His breed is Clumber Spaniel for those of you who wonder. Super energetic, so much fun to be with, very intense with a strong will. And loves cuddle. The most amazing thing was when he wanted to make out with my ears. He started with the right one and got very very frustrated when he couldn’t reach my left ear at the same time, made me laugh a six-pack on my stomach. He’s a little bit more than 1 year old and it’s going to be so much fun to see how he has developed this Summer when we meet again.

Wow…. I’m mesmerised by that kitchen! It looks so exotic to me – so intensely Scandinavian!
So happy to find new posts every time I check in here. Such a treat.
