This is Elvis

January 9, 2019

Hey, this is Elvis! My new baby brother, who’s older than I am. He turns 11 human years in June, so in dog years he’s a retired old man.

I have never known a golden retriever before and getting to know Elvis, I truly understand why this is a breed suitable for families with children. Such patience, such a kind character. My mum and Thomas adopted Elvis at the end of 2018 and I hope I get to meet him again soon.

I’m back now, this space will be updated more frequently from now on. Any specific topics you would like to see here? I am ready.

I love seeing your apartment and street scenes in Berlin. Love your blog.
Are you doing more ‘film’ photography? Here, in Portland Oregon, film is huge. We are belessed to have a wonderful ‘film cameras only’ store called Blue Moon Camera.
    Have a wonderful 2019

      Hi Gretchen,
thank you for your comment! Yes, I’m going to do more film photography, I have 3 rolls waiting to be developed. Gotta find somewhere good, because my local drugstore doesn’t do it very well.

Happy New Year Sandra!! If I had abrother like that I’d be visitting very often ;D

By the way, I’m so glad you still keep blogging, I much prefer this “slow pace” of posting instead of the monetized frenzy of Instagram. And I seccond Genna, I really like your recipe posts, because I think we share a way of improvised cooking, and your perspective always gives me fun ideas to try in the kitchen.

I know what you mean, Julia. I love the blog format as a contrast to the hectic instagram frenzy, doing them both balances it up for me in a good way so far 🙂
