Amsterdam Part 12

January 21, 2019

I finally developed the last analog pictures from Amsterdam, this time I found a good place to develop films and never turning back. The quality is finally as good as in the store I went to in Gothenburg.

I remember before I went to Amsterdam, I was really bored by other people’s pictures of buildings from this city. Went there and shot buildings like a maniac, fell madly in love. Like everybody else. The details, omg.

This sign was shouting Sandra, but didn’t I have the time to stop.

Only had time for cheese, cider and a baguette before heading to the airport. Brought the two cheeses at the bottom home.

And ate this truffle cheese with the bread. Such a cliché romantic moment at the canals of Amsterdam, I loved it.

Found a lot of good looking tiles in Amsterdam as well.

And a good looking brothel on the way to the central station. I wonder when I’ll see you again, Amsterdam. There are so many places I want to visit, have already planned 2 trips to Sweden and one to Italy this year. If possible – a weekend in a city in France to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in May as well (not Paris this time, want to discover new places). Are you traveling anywhere special this year? I’m so grateful I can plan things again, there were too many years when I couldn’t get my ass out of Berlin due to illness. Let’s live until we die.

Thank you for your words “let’s live until we die” and thanks for the photos – I love the colours (as per usual), the ballet shoes and the cheese (food always wins).

This year I’m traveling to Iran for work which I’m very excited about! For the rest of the year I just want to travel around Norway, going up to the mountains or into the forest as much as possible.

    Take care!

Hi, I’ve just come around reading through my blog subscriptions from January (I know!). So, I hope you don’t mind me asking: where do you bring your films to develop? The quality looks really great!

These were developed at Foto Kotti, my favourite place these days.
