This is one of my favourite dishes:
Fried halloumi cheese with strawberries, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh chili and basil.

    Und noch ein Kommentar von mir. So ein ähnliches Rezept habe ich auch schon nachgekocht, aus einem Kochbuch von Jamie Oliver. Ich nehme noch frische Minze, manchmal auch Prosciutto. Schmeckt sehr lecker 🙂

    Oh really? With strawberries? I'm sometimes opposed to mixing fruit with savory but this sounds delish! I MUST try!

    ska testat defiinitffft!! så fort jag har en bil o en affär att tillgå…

    mitt tips tillbaka; päronbitar med gnocci + halloumi. blandas med fräst vitlök och rosmarin i lite olja. (ett plus är pinje-nuts och parmaesan/peccorino på toppen) börjar föräta mej på detta dock och ska börja äta din rätt istället.

    gör en kokbok?! 😀

    Mmmmh seems delicious !!! I don't know where to find Halloumi cheese in France but I'll definetly try !
