Out out out

September 24, 2010

This is one of my favourite restaurants/cafés/bars in Gothenburg, it’s where I take my friends or my husband or myself and a book. I’ll go there tonight to see my oldest friend, we’ve known eachother for 27 years, and she’s in town for the day. So much fun!

Winter Berlin – amazing
Alex Steinweiss
& congratulations to one of my friends, it was her birthday yesterday 🙂

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing eye with us. I love looking through your lens. I spent a year in Sweden nearly 20 years ago, and so it gives me a little taste of what I miss. Tack so mycket! And, enjoy your friend.

I have been reading and looking at your blog for almost a year now, I think. I very much love it. I am hoping to study in Sweden for a semester or a year, starting next September. It is nice to feel like I know I a little bit what I am in for, and from your photos, I feel like I will feel right at home.

Speaking of home, you are working from home now I see. I wonder if you have any suggestions for making a work-space in your house where you can focus? As a student, I find this pretty tricky.

Very lovely, Sandra. Nice to meet you, officially!

I'm always very happy when I see a mention of Alex Steinweiss… I worked for his son and daughter-in-law for more than two years and Steinweiss' creativity definitely was inherited by his son.

It looks a bit like Haga Bion (?), where I was last summer…or is it the same place?
    Loved it!!

Emily > Thank you for your kind words! I can only speak for myself and location doesn't matter for me when it comes to focus, which is something I noticed when I moved out my work from home to my studio.
